Now that the stay at home order and restrictions on businesses are being lifted, HAS is re-opening our office on June 15, 2020. Our firm has always prioritized the safety of our clients, partners, and team members and we will continue to do our part in flattening the curve for COVID-19. Therefore, HAS will be applying the following changes as we adapt to our “new normal”.
- Face coverings will be required in the office
- In-person meetings have been replaced with virtual or phone conferencing
- Practice social distancing where no physical barriers are in place
- Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the office for your convenience
- Public areas of the office will be disinfected daily
- Stay home if you are feeling sick
We also want to encourage you to continue making good use of your client portal and the secure document upload found at the top of the HAS website home page (hasgr.com). If you are unable to upload your documents, HAS also has a drop box located outside the front entrance of the office.
HAS will be implementing additional CDC recommended guidelines for our employees. For example, some HAS team members will continue working remotely, work schedules may be staggered, team meetings will continue to held virtually, workspaces will be disinfected daily, and more.
We don’t know if things will be back to “normal” soon, but we will continue monitoring our progress and modify our policies as needed.
