Heintzelman Accounting Services, Inc. is seeking a talented accountant to join our growing team. This position provides the opportunity to work in a full service firm with other professionals. You will enjoy collaborating with business owners to reach goals while continuing to grow your professional and ethical accounting expertise.
This position, for the ideal candidate, has the potential to be full time. Responsibilities will include monthly, quarterly and annual write-up and accounting & payroll project work. You will be responsible for all general ledger accounts including: reconciling and preparing workpapers for all balance sheet accounts, creating financial statements, and completing payroll processing and paying payroll taxes. Candidates must be able to start at the beginning of the accounting period and take their accounting records through the end of the period.
QuickBooks (Desktop and Online versions) experience is a must. Creative Solutions or UltraTax experience preferred.
